Seasonal Dock Rental

Our season runs from April 1^st through October 31^st.  Docks are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.  A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a seasonal dock.  Current dock holders have until October 15^th each year to renew their dock. Contact us for rates and availability.

Seasonal dock rental includes:

• Dock with electric and water hook-ups
• Restroom and shower facilities
• Convenient parking with access card ($20 refundable deposit required)

Transient Dock Rental

Daily, weekly and monthly dock rental is available.  Contact us for rates and availability.

Ramp Rates

• Daily ramp fee of $7 includes in and out
• Seasonal ramp pass available for $75 and includes unlimited in and out
